Mixed feed, compact process
The Liandu District project processes raw materials from multiple sources: riverbed sand and gravel, infrastructure excavation material, and quarry material. That variation calls for a process that can absorb feed changes while keeping product quality stable.
The published design uses a wet process described as two-stage crushing with one closed-circuit shaping sand-making stage. Equipment listed includes JC jaw crusher, MC multi-cylinder cone crusher, VS vertical shaft impact crusher, YKR circular screen, ZKR linear screen, WCD sand washer, and HPF feeder.
Finished products
After crushing, shaping, screening, and washing, the system can produce 0-3.5 mm manufactured sand and aggregate sizes such as 5-16 mm and 16-31.5 mm depending on market demand.
